At Wellness Canarias, we strive to offer a personalised and high-quality service, which means each booking involves the prior organisation of schedules, professionals and specific resources. For this reason, once a service has been confirmed and paid for, no financial refunds will be issued for services booked.

We recommend carefully reviewing your booking details before completing payment. By finalising the purchase, the client accepts these cancellation and modification conditions.

Changes and rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, so we offer the possibility of modifying or rescheduling your booking provided the request is made as far in advance as possible.

If you need to change the date, time or type of service booked, please contact our team and we will review your case to offer an available alternative that suits your needs.

Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances
